What to do if you forgot your password

1.Using your preferred internet browser, enter your URL.

2.Once you have typed in the URL, You will be directed to the login screen.

3.Click on the Forgot Password link.

4.Type in your email and click Reset Password.

5.You will then be sent an email. Once received, follow the instructions.

6.The link will redirect you to a new page. This page will allow you to create a new password for your account. 

You will then be allowed to log-in using the new password you just created.
