Remove Subscriber for Suspension Schedule

Please ensure you have read the section ‘Viewing and managing MSISDN/Devices (Subscribers)

Ensure you have read the section ‘Suspending a subscriber’.

To remove the schedule select the ‘Schedule’ tab for the specific MSISDN/Device (Subscriber) and select the remove action to remove from the schedule. This will remove the scheduled suspension and or delete.

Once the schedule has been removed you will see a notification as per below confirming the action as successful and you should no longer see the Scheduled notification box when viewing the MSISDN/Device.
