Viewing historical usage for a Subscriber (MSISDN/Device)

Please ensure you have read the section ‘Viewing and managing MSISDN/Devices (Subscribers)

Select the Subscriber (MSISDN/Device) you wish to review. Select the ‘Usage tab to list and view the data Usage for the Subscriber (MSISDN/Device).

Select a ‘from’ and ‘to’ date from the calendar picker and click on ‘get usage’.

Here you will either see a historical report summarized per day on usage for the defined period and a total usage for the same period.

Note the retention period is 6 months for data usage.
