If you get the error - `WARNING: R/W mount of / denied. Filesystem is not clean`
Depending on the state of the drive, you can try to do the following:
- Boot into single user mode (option 2 on the boot menu)
- Once at the command prompt try do a fsck by issuing the following command: /sbin/fsck -y /dev/ad5
- Once that's completed then reboot /sbin/reboot
The reason for the seeing this error may be due to the FW that has been unplugged without powering it off or there has been a power failure.

If the drive is still giving errors, please contact The Packet Hub as a new drive will have to be supplied.
