What Are Backup Codes?
Backup codes are one-time-use codes that you can use to log in if you lose access to your phone or 2FA device. They're especially useful if your phone is lost, stolen, or reset. Without backup codes, you might be locked out of your account. Keep them stored securely—like in a password manager or offline note.
