If you are seeing the below page then it means that Protect cannot identify your homes internet connection address. This typically means your home routers dynamic DNS configuration is incorrect or there has been a failed update.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Log in using your passphrase so that you can continue browsing. What is my pass phrase?
  2. Confirm your home router is configured correctly. See related article
